# Side by side

With your ideas visually organized side by side, Walling empowers you to step back and see how everything fits together. It's the bird's eye view of your work.

Easily move and rearrange your ideas by dragging them from the top or bottom bar.
Add the images and files associated with your ideas by simply dragging and dropping them in a brick or a wall section.

# Full context

Linear and rigid tools fall short by stripping the context of your ideas. You have to go through clicks over clicks to reveal your ideas within singular views that do not visually present the entire vision of your project.

Walling puts your ideas and all the information associated with them front and center without too many clicks or jumping between pages.

Picture the bricks as mini documents that contain anything you can imagine, all the rich text information you can possibly gather, files, sub-tasks, all associated with the idea and ultimately the project.
To collapse a long brick, click the collapse icon at the top of the brick. Click it again to expand the brick.

# Color-code ideas

Coloring your ideas is a great way for visual cues, breaking up large walls and giving more attention to specific ideas.

To change the brick background color, click on the brick options icon and select Background color.
You can also drag and select multiple bricks to bulk-change their background color.

# Collect bookmarks & images

Ideas are not born in isolation. Collect everything that inspires your ideas. Visually organize bookmarks, synthesize findings and add beautiful moodboards to your wall in seconds.

Drag and drop images to your wall to add them.
Adding a bookmark to your wall is as simple as pasting the bookmark link directly to your wall using the keyboard shortcut ⌘/CTRL + V.

The visual experience of Walling helps you see the big vision of your work and how your ideas fit together. Walling offers you the visuality of whiteboards and the organization of documents for an ultimate productive and creative experience.

# Organize in Sections

Your ideas come in all shapes and sizes, put them side by side, organize them in a list, break them down in a table or further develop them in a kanban board. The wall sections allow you to keep all your different ideas organized on one wall, and the section views empowers you to visualize your ideas in different ways.

Easily move an idea from one section to another by dragging it from the top or bottom bar to drop it anywhere you'd like.

# Manage ideas in columns

The Kanban view can be very helpful to organize and manage different ideas in columns. For example, if you are organizing social media post ideas, you can organize each platform ideas in a separate column.

The Kanban columns can be resized to give you more flexibility in visualizing your ideas.
You can color-code each column in the Kanban view.

The Calendar view enables you to visually plan and schedule your ideas. The visual experience and the intuitive interface will help you plan your ideas more efficiently and quickly move from ideas to action.

You can plan and schedule your ideas by days, weeks or months. You can also easily switch between the different views to get multiple perspectives of your calendar.

Use the Table view to break down and track complex ideas.

You can add several types of columns to your table to organize different types of data associated with your ideas.
You can sort your ideas by any column in ascending or descending order.

# Capture ideas in your Inbox

Where do you capture it so you don’t lose it? Your Walling Inbox is perfect for those spontaneous ideas or things that inspire you that you want to research and develop later.

For teams who want to stay aligned and move forward quickly, the ease of use and frictionless experience of Walling make it ideal for sharing ideas.

You can also generate a public link for your wall to quickly share it with anyone over email or chat.

To share a wall, click the Share button next to the wall name to invite someone or share a public link of the wall.
